Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the Governance & Wealth Management sector.,Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure project success.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Governance & Wealth Management sector.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with financial and compliance regulations is a plus.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
