🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality or leisure industry, with a focus on motorsports or similar high-energy activities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
