📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for automotive dealers, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, and technical knowledge.
• Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring high-quality instruction and engagement.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with dealers to understand their specific training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Utilize training management software such as SAP Learning Management System (LMS) to track and manage training activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automotive training.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules.
• Evaluate and report on the impact of training programs on dealer performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of training management software such as SAP Learning Management System (LMS).
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
