📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for Marketing & Sales and Travel & Event categories.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Coupa to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect procurement.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of procurement software and tools, including SAP Ariba and Coupa.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
