Binex Logistic is seeking a dedicated HRD General Affairs Officer to join our team in Pluit, Jakarta Utara. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain and improve our office environment, ensuring it's clean, safe, and efficient.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR and general affairs.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the HR Manager in all HR-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience in a logistics or similar industry is a plus.
