• Develop and execute strategic digital initiatives that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation projects, including website redesigns, mobile app development, and e-commerce platforms.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends, and advocate for their adoption within the organization.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, marketing teams, and IT departments.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital marketing and data privacy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, with a proven track record of success in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics Certified, HubSpot Inbound Certified, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic digital initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of digital professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
