As an OT Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our manufacturing OT systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain manufacturing OT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular system checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize OT solutions.
• Leverage expertise in industrial automation and control systems, such as PLCs, SCADA, and MES.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of OT systems.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, addressing any operational challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in OT technology and apply relevant improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in OT management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT systems, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
• Certifications in industrial automation and control systems, such as Certified Control System Technician (CCST) or Certified Automation Professional (CAP), are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Proficient in using OT tools and software, including Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk, and OSIsoft PI System.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
