📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate high-level business strategies into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech industry.
• Develop and maintain business plans, financial models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with fintech solutions.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to extract and visualize insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the fintech space.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or strategic planning, with a focus on fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with fintech regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
