📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain product data in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure data integrity and support decision-making processes.
• Conduct data quality checks and resolve discrepancies to maintain high standards.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to support business growth.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in a product-focused environment.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in data analysis or project management is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
