As an Investor Relations & Long-Stay Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for investors interested in premium long-stay accommodations in Bali. You will be responsible for managing the entire process, from initial inquiries to final agreements. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with property managers, handling investor communications, and ensuring that all legal and financial aspects are properly addressed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire investor relations process, from initial inquiries to final agreements
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and attract potential investors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and other key stakeholders
• Prepare and present detailed reports on investment opportunities and market trends
• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of investment agreements and contracts
• Handle investor communications, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and timely responses
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of long-stay accommodations to ensure they meet investor expectations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the hospitality and tourism sector

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in investor relations, property management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry, with a focus on long-stay accommodations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of legal and financial aspects related to real estate investments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
