• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain the security of the branch, including physical security and data protection measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
