📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure the best fit for the organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify potential talent pools.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other external partners.,Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical recruitment practices and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
