Village Fresh Mandiri is looking for a talented Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our facilities. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to make an impact from day one.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of Village Fresh Mandiri facilities.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality materials and services.,Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior engineers and staff.,Manage and maintain site documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards is a plus.,Proficiency in English and local language is required.
