📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the retail outlets, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop outlet staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the retail outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
