📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and clients.,Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
