Sentral Umar Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality coffee products to new and existing customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell coffee products to both retail and wholesale customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coffee or beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
