📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to build trust and establish long-term partnerships.,Drive sales growth by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.,Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals.,Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.,Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to grow the business and improve customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the restaurant and food industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
