📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control tests and inspections on paint products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.,Analyzing test results and identifying any defects or inconsistencies in the paint production process.,Collaborating with the production team to implement corrective actions and preventative measures to improve product quality.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results.,Documenting and reporting quality control data and findings to management and other stakeholders.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality control process.,Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as SNI and ISO, in the paint industry.,Providing technical support and guidance to the production team on quality-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role in the paint or chemical industry.,Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and standards in the paint industry.,Proficiency in conducting various chemical analyses and tests, such as viscosity, pH, and color measurement.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments, including spectrophotometers, viscometers, and pH meters.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and meet tight deadlines.
