Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with the management team to ensure that all operations are in line with company goals,Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations,Monitor and manage the company's budget and financial performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software,Proven track record of success in a similar role
