📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage a team of sales consultants, providing training, coaching, and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote the brand and products through various marketing activities.,Conduct customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Participate in inventory management and stock control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the coffee industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and sales software.,Knowledge of customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
