📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate internal audit activities across the organization.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.,Conduct audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.,Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management.,Ensure the timely completion of audit projects within budget.,Mentor and develop junior auditors.,Stay updated with the latest audit standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
