📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.
