Field Collection Agent - Padang Lawas (Contract Basis)

Infomedia Nusantara is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Field Collection Agents to join our team in Padang Lawas, Sumatera Utara. As a Field Collection Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships by conducting regular visits to our customers' locations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of IDR 3.5 million to IDR 5 million per month. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic and challenging environment while contributing to the growth of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting various types of data, including customer feedback, sales information, and market trends. You will use tools such as tablets and GPS-enabled devices to ensure accurate and timely data collection. Your daily tasks will include planning and executing visits, maintaining detailed records, and providing regular reports to the management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular visits to assigned customer locations to collect data and maintain customer relationships.
• Use tablets and GPS-enabled devices to record and submit data accurately and on time.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient data collection.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities and interactions with customers.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on data collection activities and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection or field sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with using tablets and GPS-enabled devices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in various weather conditions.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
