📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor daily cash flow for all company-operated stations.
• Conduct regular POS audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with retail teams to optimize cash handling processes and reduce discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit detailed financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on cash handling and POS systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of cash management processes.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash management and POS systems.
• Proven experience in retail operations and financial reporting.
