📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Bali, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.,Lead and motivate a team of facilities and operations staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility utilization, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain a strong focus on risk management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our facilities operations.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Represent ISS Global at industry events and conferences, building our brand and thought leadership in the facilities management sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management and operations leadership, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.,Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and cost savings.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Familiarity with facility management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
