📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Schedule and assign tasks to team members to meet production targets.,Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
