📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Conduct quality control tests and ensure accuracy of results.
  • Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Perform data analysis and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory work, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
