📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in kitchen audits and quality assurance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen management or leadership roles.,Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.
