📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Teller in managing the teller operations and ensuring smooth transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their queries and concerns are addressed promptly.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of cash to and from the vault.,Monitor and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Teller or branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Ability to handle cash and maintain confidentiality.,Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions.
