📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of the team, ensuring high standards of service and productivity.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and skills.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and management tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
